There are a million things I could say about Hope and Jake and their wedding day, but I think it can all be boiled down to the fact that they’re just full of a lot of love.
The wedding took place on family property on one of the hottest days of the summer. Everything was set up and planned to a T, and all the details from the cute little signs to the ceremony arbor that was handmade by Jake’s dad had love and hard work woven into them.
The whole day was a perfect metaphor: two people coming together, plus lots of love and even more hard work, plus prayer and promises and intentionality, plus loads of fun, plus all their family and friends rallying around them to support them… these are the things you need to create a successful wedding day and a successful marriage.
Hope & Jake, I am so happy for the two of you. THANK YOU for allowing me to be a part of your wedding and for creating such a beautiful reason to celebrate (and also for being so photogenic.) I wish you many years of the same happiness you felt on this day!
